    So I recently bought VIP+ and I was wondering if it was possible to transfer my XP and Quests and all the class-bound stuff from my level 82 Assassin to a Ninja class.

    Hey, unfortunately its not possible to transfer the progress of one class to another. You need to create a new one.

    Besides, Ninja is just a copy of the Assassin, only the spells look different

    Short answer, no, they can't do that.

    Long answer:

    They would need to do it for anybody, and everybody, and they #1 wouldn't have the time and #2 just can't do it. There is, currently, no way for them to do this. And if they did, then you could just bypass the whole game for a 2nd character.
