Ciphers In Cowfusion

I know that they're speaking in some sort of cipher, but I'm not too savvy with them. Could someone who knows what they're doing please decode this for us all?

What was the cipher you used to decode the dialogue?

 

Probably a caesar cipher.

 

I'd bet that this is just a typo.
