Chicken gone missing

I started my adventure in Wynncraft many years ago and I redeemed my free chicken then. Not until the recent update last week, where the items and armors have new visuals, ect. I just now noticed my chicken was gone. I thought I could redeem it again in the store but it wouldn't allow it. I'm not sure if this is a bug or I just got my chicken privileges taken away from the update. Is it just me???

 

In the store menu, there will be an icon you can click to show your owned cosmetics. Click on the leash icon once this pops up to see your pets and other cosmetics and activate them.
