Im buying a Chestplate of Ineptitude with atleast 60 raw melee dmg and 10% melee dmg.

chestplate of ineptitude can only have 1 tier attack speed as of the ID rounding change, there are no 2 tier attack CoI in the game anymore

 

Uh, CoI can't have 2tier atk speed anymore...

I've got one with 56 raw melee and 10% melee.

 

i would say about 5 le
i can be on at any time on cet in weekends
on weekdays i'd say 6pm till 10pm
