Buying Chestnut Horse And Jester's Ring

as the title says I'm looking to buy a Chestnut horse and a Jester's ring.
Chestnut horse in whatever level for one of the next offers:
1) 10-11 LE and a level IV powder ( any powder)
2) 13 LE worth of powders +1-2 LE
3) 5 LE and 8 LE worth of powders.
I'll pay more depends on the level of the horse.

I'm looking for Jester's Ring with both XP and loot bonus of 29% at least and high stats for other ID's as well.
offering 1-3 LE.
