    Hey, idk if there is possibility that my chat is bugged? I asked a few times something in city chats, i see ppl active but i never got an answer. So idk if my chat is somehow muted/bugged(or set to party only? I was not in party at that moment) or ppl just didnt asnwer it.
    If someone can help would be thankfull. <3

    Those might be playerghosts, people on different servers. Not everybody plays with that on.
