Changing Stats

So i was in Olux, and i was looking for the item identifier, but suddenly, when i tried to use my Infinity (Legendary bow) it tells me that i need 10 def to use it, but i had over 10 def, then, when i checked my compass, my defence had changed to 8 and some other stats also raised and lowered themselves.

Is there any way to fix this except from buying a stats reset? because i barely have enough to buy one of those, and the emeralds i planned to use on something else than fixing a bug.

 

Yes, you can try to level up.

 

not a bug to my knowledge, if you had over 10 def before trying to use your infinity, either armor or an accessory had given you a element/skill bonus that got it over 10 for example in able to use your bow.

 

Did you take off an armour piece that had a defence stat bonus?

 

I did not take of anything, plus, when i started playing after the update, i upgraded my def up to 10 without any armour, so no, i did not.

I don't have any extra bow, except from depressing bow, and it's pretty hard to get a new one, or level up, without a weapon.

 

then are you wearing anything that LOWERS def?

 

No, i have been wearing the exact same armour since the update started, and it has been working fine, until yesterday, thanks for the response though.

Edit: So i just fund out, my Tarnkappe gives me -17 defense, and for some reason this only came into effect recently, but at least i found out :p sorry guys.
