Changed MC username- monthly crate not working

    (I’m pretty sure this has already been asked before but I was too lazy to really look so here I am)
    The monthly crate page doesn’t recognize my new username or my old one. My old one was also my Xbox gamertag, so that’s out too. I’ve also tried different browsers and whole other computers but it still didn’t load. Anyone else have this problem? What can I do?
