So i'm going to get right down into it with a quite simple yet unbreakable question, the question I carry is for my older brother (goes by TehEpicManz in minecraft) and the question is if it is possible to move a character onto a new account along with all the ranks and ranks he bought on the account? his friend gave him the account but his friend never gave him the Gmail for the account so he can't go onto the minecraft site and change the skin.

I suggest that he should make a new account with his current Email but he doesn't want to lose everything he worked to get on that account, I hope this question doesn't appear to come off as stupid or idiotic.

 

Sadly, you can’t transfer stuff like ranks and untradable items. You can still transfer all your emeralds, armour, accessories and weapons (if it isn’t untradable or quest items).

 

ah shit, well that honestly sucks.. so as long as the items are tradeable he can move them to a new account?

 

Yep, the same way you would with another player. Can he message his friend in some way and have them check through their Gmail for the password etc?

I found how to get the Gmail!
Click settings, bottom left MC launcher. Click accounts and it should say what it's registered under.
