You can find Tourotos near Cinfras, in the farming fields.

RULES:
You must give me a video of you killing the touroto
you can't use Alkatraz or Apocalypse.
no fire weapons.

Because they regen too fast and have super high def and hp

They mean knocking it all the way to some fire and then burning it (who even has the time to do that?).

I got it down to 4k then my mana pot ran out, it was my timing not the lack of damage. I dont really feel like spending an le on mana pots and I cant record so meh
