Assassin/Ninja Help Cataclysm Build

Hi.

Recently got a Cataclysm. Would like a build for it with (really) specific requirements. Currently playing Spellsteal assassin so would like to stick to that.

Gear Requirements:
Cataclysm powdered with T6F6F6
Maximum of 2 crafted items (I do prefer crafted accessories over crafted armour)
Mythic Boots accepted (I do have a Dawnbreak, but any boots will do)
Hive and Legendary Island items accepted
Can't factor in Guild Tomes for skill points (weapon tomes are fine)
More killstreak armour specials = better (I really like killstreak)

Stat Requirements:
10k+ unboosted spins
10ms+ (I personally like around 12ms but I think I can go as low as 10)
700ls+ (can also be HPR or a combination of both)
33 manually assigned Agility (this is so I can use my walkspeed set without resetting skill points - this is an annoying requirement I'm sorry)
~30k EHP without agility (could go as low as 27k)
Decent eledefs preferred (You can be the judge of what "decent" means)
Lower spell costs = better. (Idm running high spell costs as long as other parts of the build are good, currently running 2-1-4-4 on my build.)
Walkspeed cannot go below -20%

I think that's all the requirements I want haha
Idk if this build is possible tbh, I feel like i've tried to create a build with these requirements for hours on end.
If it's impossible then that's fine too I suppose.
