Assassin/Ninja Cata builds?

Op mythic only have with crafted or flappis(rip), so im looking for a decent cata build(preferably no other mythics) with decent ehp and dmg(life sustain is preferred)

decent demon tide and dawnbreak should be half a stack max for both but ok....
