    Is Cascade a good weapon?, in wich builds could it be used?
    I just got one that doesn't seem to be very good, but I still want to know.

    I also found a Mana Blast with max Mana regen and Exploding, how much would it be selled for?

    cascade is absolute garbage. As for manablast, it works, but its not that great.
