Cant seem to purchase a rank

I am currently trying to buy a rank for someone else but everytime I try to it sends me back to the Wynncraft store and doesnt push the purchase through? does anybody know a fix to this

PM me their minecraft username and i can check it out, but the most likely situation is that their account isn't able to use the store due to either a store ban or their chargeback rate being too high (too many chargebacks on other servers if not here, basically)
