Can't Obtain Pure Ice Shard

    Hello, I am a level 48 and trying to do the Frost Bitten Quest. I am at the part where you have to obtain 5 pure ice shards by killing Frozen Ice Golems. I was grinding these guys out for more than 30 min. without any luck of getting ONE pure ice shard. I was wondering if this is a bug or am I missing something?

    They drop from frost golems.

    But where? Could you give cords please?
    If it is at -251 -510 around there I am not getting anything from around there
