Can't make ban appeal?

Hello!

I haven't been on wynncraft since like 7 years ago, after my launcher got hacked or someone found my password and got me banned in several servers including this once. I was about 12 at the time, and I was thinking of playing because I miss the game and stuff, but I'm still banned (makes sense ofc).

I tried to make a ban appeal, filled in my username, and it says i have a pending appeal, but the last time i was on this account was in 2018. I tried to follow the link to the thread it gave me, but it came up as an error and nothing showed up.

What can I do?
