Guild Can't Invite Player

    So I made a guild for my friends and I, but when I invite my friend 8BaconBoy, in chat I get a message saying "8BaconBoy is already in a guild," but he is not in a guild. He has tried /guild leave with more than 3 soul points he still could not join the guild. Is there any way this could be fixed? Thanks.

    If his name is entered 2 times in his old guild, you cannot change.
    If he was never in a guild, there's nothing anyone can do.
