Can't Go Back to The Moon?

Apparently the last discovery on my list is "The Moon", which you normally visit during a quest in the Sky Islands (that I had already completed a long time ago). I've tried climbing up Astralaus' tower in a few different servers but whenever I reach the top nothing happens.

Is there some other way to return to the moon or am I missing something?

I don't know if this helps, but I only got Astralaus' usual lines of dialogue the first time around. After /class'ing and changing servers multiple times nothing shows up in the chat.

 

i'm not 100% sure about this but i've seen people say that it's just bugged rn
