Cant Find Username To Get Unbanned

    I go to the ban appeal part of the forums and check for my username and it say's "There are currently no valid bans for this user. We only accept appeals for permanent bans". But when I try and join the server it say's that i'm banned for fly/speed hacks. I have tried the 2 usernames that I have had. But they all come up with the same msg saying that they are not valid usernames that are banned.
