Can't continue the quest "An Iron Heart Part II"

I'm stuck at the part "Follow the west road and speeak with Daxe in his home at [-1924, 55, -5466].
When I talked to him, Daxe keeps repeating a dialogue

[2/3] Daxe: Unfortunately for you, I'm not fond of visitors. I've left my criminal past behind...mh?
