Can't Buy Ranks :(

I was going to buy VIP+ in the store but I can't buy it. Whenever I click it the website says it's not responding. It also does not allow me to buy VIP or Hero. I tried changing the Minecraft account I was using and it worked. Does anyone know what is going on?

Your username may be the problem.
I tried typing in something with a number at the front and it didn't work

 

Try emailing [email protected] about this issue. That's normally the best place to go when its something related to the store.

 

Maybe try clearing the cache and cookies. If that does not work maybe try using another browser.

 

Just tried to buy it again today and it worked for some reason. idk
