   I'm trying to get my monthly free crate + a rank and whenever i click on either, it just refreshes the page. i've asked on discord but haven't received an answer. I've enabled ads, pop ups, etc. i've reloaded. i've used different browsers. nothing seems to be working. please assist.

   Apparently you have a high chargeback % rate from other servers so our store doesn't let you go through. But this seems to be because you made so few purchases in general, chargebacking once rockets you to a high %. I've whitelisted you so it should work now.
