Can't access the store.

As the title states I can't seem to access the store unless I choose to view as a guest in which case can't seem to buy anything.
Every time I write in my username on the enter username portion of the screen it just goes back to the exact same enter username screen, if I click guest I can view but not use the shop.

 

i tried SpuddyLlama on my end it seems to work as intended, try a different browser or device or incognito mode. That might do the trick.

 

First make sure that you're typing in your IGN exact. I have no clue if it's case sensitive but it might be.

If that doesn't work, try what hams said and use a different browser and see if that works. Clear your cookies if needed, that could be causing issues but again I'm not sure.

If that still doesn't work, and typing in your exact IGN still boots you back to the enter username screen, it's possible that your IGN is banned from the store for some reason. I'm not sure how that would happen normally but given I had to get my IGN store banned for certain reasons at one point I can confirm that your scenario happens with a store ban in place.

I'd contact a moderator about this issue since it's likely an internal issue regarding a ban or something else and they are the only ones who can look into it and fix it for you. It shouldn't be that difficult to fix, although I'm not sure of the conditions or history of your situation so I can't be certain.

 

I'll give clearing cookies a go and then if that is a no go I'll try a different browser or device.

Haven't used the store or had any interactions with staff that'd indicate a ban but I'll contact a moderator if I still can't access.

Moderators don't fix store issues, they would redirect you to me (support), i can access the store with your name and i can see your account doesn't have bans.
