Cannot go back reading Witness Report 2 when doing A Sand Sandal quest because of glitch

So basically I was going to the witness report 2 location. When I reached there, I suddenly teleported glitch out of the world (under the map). Then I use the /kill command. Then I went back there and I couldn't replay the scene. What can I do?
