Cannot Appeal Ban

Hey, so I have been banned for more than over a year from Wynn now. I tried appealing multiple times so far, however, I cannot do so anymore. I tried appealing again in the hopes of another chance but when I enter my username into the space provided it pops up with: "There are currently no valid bans for this user. We only accept appeals for permanent bans."

I do not understand what is meant by this as the ban IS permanent and I still cannot appeal.

I did not appeal spam. My appeals were spread over the course of more than a year.

The reason you cannot appeal is that your appeal was denied. Last July you decided to hack again only a month after being unbanned your first time, and we do not give third chances. You aren't going to be unbanned, sorry!
