Archer/Hunter Help Cancer Fire Plague Build

I would like a fire plague build using a cancer with +12 attack tier (gives plague super fast attack) and -122% on both melee and spell damage. I need a build that negates the -122% for melee damage completely and spell damage if possible. This is just for science. I was thinking sundown poncho or puppeteer for chest. Also, use any SP's you can get to accomplish this, I don't care if you split all the points into just dex and def (since plague has 100 requirement and cancer has 105) or also in to other stuff.
