    So I got this:

    Please note the mana steal ... 3/4s ... if I check the Item guide I get that the max is 2/4s:

    so..... what's up with this?

    Probably buffed or a Mutual Error

    If you remember, the thread 'Special Warning' it warned that changes were coming to certain weapons.
    This is most likely one of them.

    Sharp eye though

    Nice job spotting this. I'd have not spotted it given your circumstance. It's probably intended. Alot of us can agree that 1/4 seemed too small.

    No it isn't
    Any older one with a high enough roll on it has 3/4 ms currently, and thus ALL of those are the first cancers to have 3/4 ms
    You're not getting any insane offers on this
