Can you recommend some Profession Gears?

For additional information, I'm level 99 and has woodcutting 37, fishing 36, mining 50, and farming 46
Also, I have T4 axe and rod, T6 scythe and pickaxe(Yes I got T6 axe and rod too). In this case, should I get T5 tools for my woodcutting and fishing? I got T7 tools as well
I'm not really interested in crafting, but is there any profession that can make decent money in high level?

Anyways, too many question but it'll be a great help for me if you reply :)

 

if you only want to do gathering i would just pick one of the four and only do that
they're all profitable

 

I guess I wrote my question to be misunderstood. My point is:
1) Is there any armor/consumables that will boost my prof exp/prof speed? Please recommend any of them
2) What are profitable professions(I mean, crafting)? and Is it better to concentrate on one profession(crafting)?
