Can you get limited-time event cosmetics in the event rerun?

So in the Festival of the Heroes this year, one of the crate items was a weapon skin called the Acrobat Katana.

I really, really, want it.

But obviously, the Festival of the Heroes is over, and there is no chance of me getting it anymore. But apparently there was a Festival of the Heroes in 2022, also.

If, hypothetically, there was a Festival of the Heroes in 2024, would I be able to get my precious Acrobat Katana? Is there any other way for me to get Heroes crates outside of the festival, and possibly get my precious Acrobat Katana? Thank you!

 

Yes, you can get one next hero festival. The old cosmetics always stay, alongside new ones being added on top of that.
