Can you actually get Dark Shroud from any chest or is Wynndata lying to me

I've been lring for about a month now for a Dark Shroud in Cotl and according to Wynndata it can be found in any chest level 77-87

However, instead of 1 pair of legendary pants I've found 12 fableds, over 2 stacks of t4 powders, and countless legendaries.

The reason I ask is because I don't know if you can only get them from OnL like some other pieces of armour

And before you say "just buy it off tm" it's an ironman class I need it for

2nd lr: 10 legedaries and a 1 fabled
3rd lr: 7 legendaries 1 fabled
4th lr: 4 legendaries
5th lr: 13 legendaries, 1 fabled
6th lr: 8 more legendaries and FINALLY a dark shroud

so yes, you can get a dark shroud from chests

I got one from a mob near Thanos idk about chests
