Mages are actually fine. All you have to do is teleport onto the ledge, then spam meteor.

 

Someone told me that his regen speed is faster than meteor dam. ._.

 

Idk. I killed him with the help of a friend (who wasn't on the ledge) and together we killed him. I somehow hadn't noticed the ledge before I asked his help. And also having ten meteors at the same time should make a dent in his health (I have almost maxed intel, will be maxed in the Gavel update).

 

I believe you can not max up to 100 coz agility gets Oped when you get to 100 like avoiding all damage

 

That's why I said almost maxed (I have it at 68, going to go to 70)
