Can Sacred Surge hit multiple times?

If for example I hit one Bash multiple times on the same enemy, will it recive multiple instances of damage from Sacred Surge?

 

I've just tested it and sadly no - it'll show the vfx of sacred surge triggering on each hit but won't actually do the damage after each consecutive hit. This is noticeable with the thunder damage that comes from sacred surge, showing it's damage on the first hit and nothing more.

Treat sacred surge like another damage upgrade in warrior's skill tree but with extra steps.

it does in fact hit multiple times, just that the damage indicator is bugged, for example when hitting mobs with ophanim only 1 damage indicator will show although the mob gets hit multiple times
