Can not open Quest Book

    I made a new character and that quest book opens, But on the character I play on does not open the quest book.

    I tried leaving and quitting Minecraft and coming back and it still does not open my main character quest book but it opens on the one I just created.

    I have no mods or shaders enabled all im doing is playing on the latest's version of Minecraft

    I need help.
