Can not finish "Grave Digger" quest

I have no clue what to do for the grave digger quest as my objective is to "Kill Sayleros' brother to retrieve his will" and I have no clue where he is. I assumed he was in the Saint's Row graveyard that the quest lead me to however I was having trouble in there so I went and did some other quests to level up and after I have killed everything in there I still have not been able to find the will. Since I have done other quests since accepting this one I don't even have the dialogue history of that quest to go back to read to see what I misunderstood the first time.

 

In the church, behind the npc u talked last time, and go down.

 

They really need to update this quest, this singular quest has stumped so many new players because of how indirect its instructions are

 

Ah yes its back at the cathedral, behind the priest and down the stairs. U gotta kill the brother to get his will.
