Can I Use A World Map Mod Like Xaero's World Map?

I know you can use minimaps if you turn off caves and mob radar, but can I use world maps that show me the whole map and where I am? Like wynncraft's map on their site. I like to use a modded world map instead of the provided one because I can open it in game and it updates my position faster.
