    I am farming for a Kizuato right now, and I have been killing Gromblins for the past 2 hours. It's only a unique item, so it should be easier to find. But I haven't seen one yet. So can Gromblins even drop a Kizuato?

    Any mob near the level of the item can drop it, as it has no special restrictions.
