Can Anyone Help? My Old Account Was Hacked! I Lost Vip ;c

A while ago i took a break from MC. When i got back on i couldn't log in to my minecraft for the life of me. Someone hacked my minecraft. I dont know how i can prove it. but i have some old messages with admins that prove i had VIP once before. I dont care about my old lvls i just want VIP back because i would not like to lose something i spent money on... email me at michaelsalesio @ gmail.com if you could help.

I'm confused as to whether you can't log onto
1) Minecraft
2) Wynncraft
3) If you got banned

If you can't log onto Minecraft, you should delete the game and re-download it. And change your password. There's like... another thing you can do.. and something about Mojang... tbh there's a lot of people better suited to handle this. And I'm guessing that your Minecraft account got hacked. That's something that you contact Mojang about.

I think if you email Wynncraft your transaction ID (they emailed you an ID when you purchased VIP) you can get VIP on your new account (but I'm not sure if Wynncraft does that..).

If you can't log onto Wynncraft, reload the "multiplayer" screen or change the ip you're using for Wynncraft (so from "play.wynncraft.com" to "play.wynncraft.net").
If you're banned, post a ban appeal.

And VIP absolutely sucks now. Just saying.

Hmm... from what I've seen of other mods answering this question in the past, the general reply I've seen is no.

In this case, his old account was hacked. If he has proof of this and the receipt for the transaction, then we might be able to look into this further. You should email Wynncraft Support at [email protected].

 

Did you try resetting your password?

 

I don't think a rank could even be lost.

 

He lost his account meaning that he lost his rank

 

um i do have a past conversation with the wynnsupport when i first lost my rank
