Mage/Dark Wizard Can Anyone Give Me A Good Build For Monster?

I need a good build for Monster which is tanky and does quite a bit of damage halp I have no clue how to build Mages ;-;

This is what I've got.
Monster
Two fire powders for courage, 2 earth powders for meteor damage.

Shawl of gaea
Try to get low -%spell damage

Smoldering apron

Ardiente or Vaward

Crusade Sabatons or Mantlewalkers

Goblin-silver ring x2

Clock necklace

Remika's authority or Insulation (if rem's auth isn'the in-game yet)

 

Actually I'm pretty sure a rainbow/water would be better, some people are able to spam 18k meteors.
Blue Mask, Libra, Greaves of the Veneer, Statue/Gaea Hewn, Concentration, Justice and Royal Stormy.
Though rainbow will be nerfed soon™,so your build might be worth a shot.

Yes, since it's a Monster build.

 

But you can't use monster with a rainbow build.

Marble needs 3 points into each stat, which is not going to happen with monster's massive -int.

 

If you get an ok-good blue mask it's totally possible.

It doesn't directly affect the skill points, you'll still be able to wear it.

 

You would need to put a ton of skill points into it to be able to get positive 3, it really isn't worth the extra
1-2 elemental defenses.

 

No, I mean, skill points on weapons don't affect the general skill points, so if you have -7 int and 3 int it won't do 0.

...How are you supposed to have 50 points in each skill when you need over 100 in defense to use monster?

 

Unless justice gives you like 1000% fire damage then I think the best you'll get with that is 6-10k tested btw not with justice but with a very similar build
