Calculating Stuff... Please Help

Ok so I really wonder if there are any numbers for how much a attack speed tier higher (as an example from normal to fast) gives you in spell dmg? I mean there have to be any numbers and I really want to know them so if you have any idea to help me pls post something down here :D

If so then Gaia would be way better then Fatal but its not... there is something but idk what and how you can order it

 

well it used to multiply ur dmg b4 gameplay update

 

But it still does. my undying does a lot more dmg then my tisauns proof. And my Tisauns Proof was still better then my Undying. so ther must still be a multiplyer

Of course there are still spell multipliers:

Super Slow: x 0.5
Very Slow: x 0.7
Slow: x 1.3
Normal: x 2
Fast: x 2.6
Very Fast: x 3.3
Super Fast: x 4

The game look at the primary attack speed of the weapon first to calculate spell dmg,
and then increase the melee rate if there is a "+X Attack Speed" ID.

(before the update, +X attack speed was directly changing both hit rate and spell dmg)
