I'm just going to make this guide short and simple. Let's start.

The link to the datasheet to calculate your xp: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TuX7r0wNT78pJ-EW6momxtLWIS4r7XpN/view?usp=sharing
Simply make a copy of this sheet to get started!

On the first 3 columns are the level and xp required to level up. The number right next to the level indicates the amount of xp required to get to that level. For example, to get to lv 10, you need 128 xp from lv 9, or 660 xp from lv 1 to 10. Xp amounts are estimated for lv 131 and lv 132.

To calculate your xp, simply scroll to each level of your profession and insert the number of professions you have with that level under "# of lvs". Then, add up all the % leftover you have of those levels and put it under "overflow" in decimal form. For lv 132, check the leaderboard and see how much overflow xp you have since a % is not shown. Once you are done, check to see if "# professions" equals 12, and if it is, then you are done. Your total cumulative xp is listed at the bottom next to "cumulative xp". Examples of 3 players are shown in the link. A template has also been provided on the far right of the sheet.

Another example: Suppose I have a lv 100 with 30%, 2 lv 105s with 0%, 8 lv 110 with 0%, and 1 lv 132 with 5 mil xp overflow. I insert a 1 in the row of lv 100 under column "# of lvs", and a 0.3 in the same row under column "overflow". Then I insert a 2 under column "# of lvs" and row lv 105 and an 8 under the same column and row lv 110. Lastly, I insert a 1 under the same column and row lv 132, and insert 5,000,000 right next to "past 132 xp".

This sheet also works for calculating multiple classes on 1 player. Simply add all the levels and % xp together across all classes.

    ---------------------

As you can see, even the top player, @pododang, has not even reached the halfway point in terms of xp even though he is only 91 levels from maximum level (1 more lv until lv 1600 when???). Even the time required to get to his level is much less than halfway due to the xp decay upon reaching ~119 (for crafting) or ~120 and even further lv 130 (for gathering).
