Any Class Cactus Build ( Budget: 25 Le )

Requirements:
Atleast -15% walk speed
Atleast -25% Meelee Damage (Meaning 175%)
Atleast 100% Thorns (I want more though)
Atleast 2000% health regen (Amulet of Rejuvenation)
150 Agility/Defense. It can be mixed as long as the total is close to 150


Also, recommending a bow (Any level) and a dagger (Lv85 or less) that works with this build

 

i thought you couldnt have more than 100% thorns?

 

You know %hp regen doesn't affect raw regen, right?

Percent HP regen is nearly useless unless it's in big amounts like Amulet and even then it's not helpful if have a lot of health

Right. I forgot I want high defense / agi so I dont think i'll loose too much health I can't recover

 

But if your build is cactus you want to be able to take as much damage as possible so your opponent does too?
