    I'm looking for a pair of water boots by the name of Riverflow!

    I'll pay quite a lot for these boots, I mainly want above 20% water damage as a priority, and above 3/4 mana at the minimum. However, if you find a Riverflow that has a bit lower than what I'm looking for, just send a screenshot anyways! :P
