i am lv 69 and almost 70. right now i really need good legendary pants. if u have something to sell me post a picture. i will take anything better than what i have (electrocharge with 2 tier attack speed). im on est timezone

Depends what is best based on your build, but the best at this level is either Crystal or Kelight's shield.

 

i havnt seen crystal but i really want Kryndo? krodus? it has a really long list of abilities, the name starts with a k, and i think its low 60 legendary
