Buying Buying Gaia With A Lament

I am looking to buy the Mythic Wand "Gaia" with at least the following IDs:

-4% Spell Damage
8% Melee Damage
15 Strength
12% Thorns
450 Poison
-350 Spell Damage
135 Melee Damage

If you happen to have one with those IDs, I will trade it plus about 32 LE for this Lament:

If the Gaia is far below all of those Identifications, I will buy it for 2-3 stacks of LE, or we could trade that Gaia + 2-3 stacks of LE for the Lament mentioned above.
