I hate to break it to you, but you're not gonna be buying an Az for 3LE. Mythics are expensive, like stacks of LE expensive. You might have better luck looking for the legendary thunder bow "Spiritshock." While it isn't gonna be cheap, you'll probably be able to afford it.
