    I'm searching some Burnout with :
    1. +2 Attack Tier Speed
    2. Higher than -40% HG (Higher mean something like -30% not -50% !!!)
    3. -1/4 Mana Regen, if it's -2/4 it doesn't matter that much, but not more.

    Optionnal : 10% Melee Damages.

    I have one with -3/4 mana, decent fire and decent Melee with two tier attack speed. Just posting in case you can't find anything else, I know these don't meet your reqs

    I tagged you in my shop, I added one that should be good. Btw Burnout's mana got nerfed it's now -2 to -3 I'm pretty sure.
