Building overlay for housing

Hey! For a past few weeks i was planing a guild house on my singleplayer. It is a big build and ive spent a lot of time on it. I was sad to see, that schematic mods are banned from the server. I understand (as a server moderator myself) that its for protection etc. However is there any way that i could get any building blocks overlay mod on the server? That would save me a lot of tome and would help me and my team to cooperate better on the build.

the rules were recently updated to allow litematica I believe.
