Shaman/Skyseer Build help for lvl72

Hi all, I would like to ask for help regarding the build, can anyone advise? Tried different subclasses of shaman, I want to be survivable, not to die all the time everywhere. Now I play for a ritualist, like fun, maneuverable, but the damage seems little, or I'm doing something wrong :(. Acolyte is cool to play as, but hp just goes away in a second. Summoner as if the damage is not enough. (Perhaps the problem is in the equipment, or in crooked hands hahaha)
