Reasons I chose to make this build:

    - Air is one of the underused elements for Mage.
    - Agility is better than Defense for Mage since they naturally has lower defenses.
    - Speed. Tons and tons of speed.

I'm trying to make an Air/Water Mage, with emphasis on Air.

The main playstyle is lightning fast movements while raining down Meteors and Ice Snakes using its superior Mana Regeneration and Intelligence. This build exploits the need of mana of most other builds and essentially stall them out while doing small but fast damage. Not only does Agility make me very hard to hit, the 100%+ Walk Speed further boosts my survivability, as well as cutting the consequences of being unable to teleport. All in all this is more of a support / fun build than it is used to pvp.

    Requirements for the build:

At least 90 Intelligence after item boosts.
At least 100 Agility after item boosts.
    At least 9000 HP.
    At least 100% Walk Speed.
    At least 14/4s Mana Regen

    Possible Items

Here are the armory I am trying to choose from, bold means I deem the item/s superior to the other choices and are the item/s I am planning to use.

    Aries
    Blue Mask
    Third Eye
    Aquarius
    Booster Plate
    Sagittarius
    Crystal
    Wind Mimic
    Almuj's Walker
    Memento
    Suppression
    Concentration
    Stratus
    Squid Anklet
    Contrail
    Willpower
    Lapis Necklace

    Royal Cyclone Amulet
    Autotomized
    Lunar Spine
    Whimsy
    Cyclone

I am having trouble choosing from the above list for a setup that fulfills all my requirements (above). If any geniuses see a possible setup, please let me know, otherwise I may have to lower my requirements :(

    Thanks!

Hey, an idea i am using for my build. use breezehands. they use 55 dex/agi, so thats 55 dex for you. They increase attack speed by 1 tier at the cost of 20% spell damage and 65% melee damage.

I also have my own sort of build that uses agility so i will list off some items i use in case it helps.
For the helmet i use spectre, gives you up to 10 Agility, up to 2/2 mana steal and has up to 39% spell damage , i like to use crystal as leggings, 3/4 mana regen and up to 8 agility/int (possibly more, idk) For boots i like sodeta boots, as it can have up to 26% spell damage and 3/4 mana regen. Aquarius would obviously make a nice chestplate with 7/4 regen though i am currently using a millennium due to lack of a better chestpiece as of now.
My wand is Etheral (dat 31% spell dam + 3/4 regen is nice, Bobs wand for elemental resistant bosses) and in the future the hive wand.
I use a jester amulet and bracelet for the stats however i plan to replace both with mana regen accessories.

This build does not focus on spell damage, and Lunar Spine is one of the few wands that can even deal Water + Air damage. Since the focus of the build is Air, negative Water Damage does not hinder it too much.

Balance it back? or use powders? Like use powders to re-balance it or just plain re-elementally tune it? because that would be sick.

Have you already thought about how you get the 110 skill points in water for Aquarius. Without going for a crap ton of extra skill points through armour/accessories it's nearly impossible to archive.

Essentially yes, might want a poison item somewhere to proc the mana steal more often though.

Also for the original post, I'd like to disagree with agility being better than defense for mage. The arguement you made is contradicted by your focus on water as a secondary. The use of water signifies a focus on spells and scales healing, making heal an essential aspect of the build. However, with no defense, any damage taken may flat out one shot, rendering heal worthless and therefore the water aspect of the build a fraction as efficient as it should be.

For build making, i personally prefer efficiency over sheer power/effectiveness.

That being said, every stat you invest in should be able to enjoy:

    -their increased element damage
-conditions which benefit the stat point (ex high hp for defense, faster attack speeds for dex)
    -their respective elemental defense
-any common ids that equipment of this stat has
-any other benefits granted without hindrance.

Your willingess to sacrifice your heal spell and water damage, makes water not as strong as it could be. While the choice of air for mainly walk speed is hindered by your ability to teleport (though, walk speed makes sense in the context of a phoenix wing build for the reasons mentioned above)

I believe lifesteal and mana steal only proc on melee, not poison or spells
