Any Class Help Build for Forgery running

Hello! Please help me out, I'm looking for a build for "optimized" forgery running. Class/playstyle can be any, whatever works best. The build needs to be able to survive alone while still doing good enough damage for "fast" completion; also prefered to have good ws and non-lifesteal sustain. Rather limited on mythics (Warchief, Apoc, Dawnbreak), but anything else goes.
